What ages are your sleepover party for
Ages 5-16yrs. We also offer the hire of a luxe party table that can be used by children/teens and adults for any occassion.
Space required per tent
It is the hirer's responsibility to check that there is enough room for the set up.
150cm x 83cm for the small mattress (5-12yrs)
Set up time
Requires 90 mins depending on how many tents you hire It is your responsibility to make sure that the setup area is clear. We do not move furniture.
Carparking
We will require parking directly outside your home to deliver your party package and if a permit is needed this will need to be supplied prior to the date of the party.
Do you deliver to flats
No , unfortunately we do not deliver to flats unless on the first floor as we have a lot of heavy equipment to bring in.
Do you have insurance
Yes, I have liability insurance and also a DBS.
Can you use the tents outside
No, our tents are not waterproof and are for indoor use only.
What areas do you cover
We currently offer to Harlow and the local surrounding areas.
Is delivery free
Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of Harlow and then a charge of £1 per mile will be added. This will be discussed at time of booking.
When do you pick up the tents
I will come and pick up at a pre-arranged time the following day.
How do I book
Please contact me via email, WhatsApp or using the contact form on the website to find out about availability and book which sleepover theme you would like.
Do you require a deposit
Yes, a £20 deposit is required to secure your date, this will be deducted from your balance which is payable on the day of set up. Please note the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your party booking within two weeks of the party date. If you need to cancel due to illness I am happy to rearrange the date.
Can I mix and match my themes
Yes, absolutely!
How do I order party extras
We offer a range of party extras to compliment the sleepover themes. These can be personalised, however some items will require two weeks notice. Please email or call to discuss.
Do you have a damages policy
Yes, all information is on our T&c's with a disclaimer form. This must be signed prior to the party set up.
Do I still need to pay for a bed if I cancel it on the day of set up
Yes, unfortunately, it will still be included in the package price as it will be too late for a bed to go out for another booking.
Can I add to my booking on the day of set up
This will depend on how many bookings I have that day however please contact me before the time of set up as I may be able to accommodate you.
